With our vast experience in personal injury law, we have helped countless clients receive the compensation they deserve for their injuries.We are seeking an experienced Personal Injury Paralegal to join our team and provide comprehensive support to our attorneys across active personal injury cases. This is a high-impact role for someone who takes ownership, stays organized under pressure, and is committed to delivering exceptional results for our clients.Primary ResponsibilitiesConduct initial client consultations and gather information to support personal injury claimsCollect and organize evidence including medical records, police reports, and witness statementsAssist in the preparation of legal documents including pleadings, motions, and discovery requestsCommunicate professionally with clients, insurance adjusters, medical providers, and all parties involved in a caseTrack deadlines and ensure all necessary paperwork is filed accurately and on timeAssist in the preparation of settlement demand packages and support negotiations with insurance companiesMaintain organized, up-to-date case files and ensure all client communications are thoroughly documentedProvide comprehensive support to attorneys including scheduling, calendar management, and case coordinationPrepare trial notebooks and assist with all aspects of trial preparationMentor and train Legal Assistants on administrative tasks and firm proceduresWhat We're Looking ForExperience & Qualifications3+ years of paralegal or legal support experience, preferably in personal injuryAdvanced knowledge of the legal process and strong understanding of the legal industryParalegal certification preferredProficient in Microsoft Office Suite and related legal softwareSkills & AttributesExceptional verbal and written communication skillsStrong interpersonal skills with the ability to navigate conflict with professionalism and tactSuperior organizational skills and meticulous attention to detailStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a creative, solutions-oriented mindsetStrategic thinker with a results-driven mentalityDemonstrated leadership and supervisory skillsAbility to manage multiple cases and priorities simultaneously while remaining calm under pressureHighly organized with the ability to develop processes and manage complianceThis position is contingent upon favorable professional references and a criminal background investigation.Why Join Berry Law?Personalized onboarding, ongoing coaching, and mentorshipFinancial incentives, bonus structures, and growth opportunitiesAward-winning culture committed to excellence and missionRecognized by Inc.
