Multi-Craft Maintenance Technician

Job Summary We are seeking Multi-Craft Maintenance Technicians with hands-on maintenance experience to support our manufacturing and industrial operations. Multiple skill levels will be considered, from technicians with a few years of experience to highly experienced multi-craft maintenance professionals.

The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude and experience troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining production equipment. Candidates with electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and/or pneumatic experience are encouraged to apply.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on production and facility equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Diagnose equipment problems and determine appropriate repairs.
• Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance.
• Repair, replace, and install mechanical and electrical components.
• Work with motors, pumps, conveyors, bearings, belts, gearboxes, and other industrial equipment.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and equipment manuals.
• Use hand tools, power tools, meters, and other maintenance equipment.
• Assist with equipment installations, modifications, and improvements.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records.
• Follow all safety procedures, including lockout/tagout.
• Work closely with production and maintenance teams to minimize equipment downtime.

Qualifications

• Previous hands-on maintenance experience is required.
• Manufacturing, industrial, or production maintenance experience preferred.
• Experience troubleshooting mechanical and/or electrical equipment.
• Hydraulic and pneumatic experience is a plus.
• Ability to use hand and power tools.
• Ability to read schematics and technical documentation is preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must be safety-conscious and willing to follow all company safety procedures.

Pay Multiple skill levels will be considered. Pay will be determined based on the candidate's overall skill level, hands-on experience, certifications, and qualifications.
