This is a unique opportunity to get in on the ground floor of a new Ford store backed by a stable, well‑established automotive group with 9 dealerships and multiple brands. The Service Technician utilizes all the state‑of‑the‑art equipment and training to efficiently and safely maintain and repair our customers' vehicles. Working as a part of our amazing service team, the technician provides a second-to-none experience for each and every customer. Hansel Auto Group services the following brands: Ford, Lincoln, Toyota, Honda, Mazda, BMW, Subaru, Volkswagen Duties and Responsibilities include the following, but not limited to: Examines customer vehicles Identifies necessary vehicle repairs and maintenance Estimates cost of repairs Performs vehicle repairs and maintenance Documents services performed Performs services efficiently and according to dealership guidelines Follows dealership and manufacturer service guidelines Great working demeaner with co-workers Maintains CSI at or above Company standards Maintains an organized, clean and safe work area Participates in required training Records all hours worked accurately in company timekeeping system Follows Safeguards rules and regulations Complies with Company policies and procedures Observes all Federal, State, Local and Company safety rules and regulations in the performance of duties Qualifications and Skills Multiple years' Experience as a Master/Senior automotive technician Ford Certified Technician is a huge plus! ASE Certificates Provide a clean and valid California license Have the highest level of workmanship Must be reliable, punctual, and safety focused Pass a drug test Pass a background check The physical demands described below are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this position. Wages include Base Hourly Compensation of $33.80. The position may also pay a production bonus based on individual or team performance that may range from $0.00 (if baseline benchmarks are not met)without any fixed upper limit.
