Job Summary

As a Bartender, you'll play a key role in creating an exceptional guest experience through great drinks, friendly service, and genuine hospitality. You'll craft high-quality beverages, engage with guests in a fun and energetic atmosphere, and help keep the bar running smoothly and efficiently. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, social environment and enjoys being at the center of the action.

Work Experience

Duties/Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve beer, wine, and craft cocktails according to recipes and guest requests.
• Engage with guests in a friendly, upbeat manner and provide recommendations based on their preferences.
• Identification checks for patrons to ensure compliance.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, tools, and supplies.
• Restock liquor, beer, wine, and other bar essentials throughout shifts.
• Handle cash and POS transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Work collaboratively with food runners, servers, and other team members to ensure timely service.
• Follow all alcohol service, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
• Assist in setting up and breaking down the bar area before and after shifts.
• Contribute to creating a fun, energetic, and inclusive guest experience in the restaurant.
• Other tasks that contribute to the overall efficient operation of the restaurant and store.

Qualifications

• Previous bartending experience in a high-volume environment preferred.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid alcohol service certification (e.g., TIPS, ServSafe Alcohol, or state equivalent).
• Strong knowledge of beer, wine, and cocktails.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs.
