What You Bring to the Line:
- Experience with inventory management systems or ERP software required
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central experience preferred
- Manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred
- Forklift certification is a plus
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Positive attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bilingual skills are a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word
- Basic math and computer skills required
- Ability to read and write in English
What You'll Do:
- Support production staff with inventory scanning, transactions, and inventory-related questions
- Reconcile assembly orders and investigate inventory variances
- Identify and correct inventory discrepancies following company procedures
- Train employees on inventory scanning systems and provide process guidance
- Assist the receiving department with accurate material receiving and inventory entry
- Support physical inventories and cycle count activities
- Maintain inventory accuracy using FIFO practices and lot tracking procedures
- Work closely with Quality teams on product holds, recalls, and inventory issues
- Assist with additional inventory and warehouse-related tasks as needed
