This organization operates as an integrated developer, design-builder, and construction partner, delivering large-scale commercial projects across multiple markets nationwide. This is an opportunity to work on the ownership/developer side while still remaining heavily involved in the full construction lifecycle — giving professionals exposure to a broader business perspective, long-term project strategy, and direct collaboration with development leadership. The company has an established national footprint, annual construction volume exceeding $1B+, and a strong backlog of negotiated work across several high-growth sectors.
