Back Lead Bilingual Medical Assistant Healthcare - Clinical, Woburn, Massachusetts, Direct Hire (Posted Jun 9, 2026) ExecuSource has partnered with a nationally recognized Orthopedic Sports Medicine group and is assisting them in recruiting a Lead Bilingual Medical Assistant for their new office in Woburn, MA. This is a direct-hire/permanent opportunity, and the office is expected to open within the next 30-60 days. Duties and Responsibilities: Prepare treatment rooms. Record patients’ medical history, vitals, or information such as test results in medical records. Prepare and administer medications as directed by a physician. Explain treatment procedures, medications, or physicians’ instructions to patients. Inventory medical supplies and equipment. Perform administrative/clerical work. May operate x-ray or other equipment to administer routine diagnostic testing. Cleans and sterilizes medical equipment. Prepare all pre-screening for procedures and surgical consults. Qualifications: High school diploma or GED required. Completion of an accredited Medical Assistant program required; Medical Assistant Certification or Registered Medical Assistant strongly preferred. Leadership/managerial experience required. 3+ years of clinical experience required. Excellent interpersonal skills. Bilingual (Spanish/English) required. Must be detail-oriented and highly organized. Strong knowledge and understanding of electronic medical record systems. Knowledge of diagnostic testing equipment and sterilization equipment.
