This is an excellent opportunity for early-career attorneys to gain hands-on experience working on sophisticated lending transactions while developing their skills within a collaborative and supportive environment. The role offers direct exposure to complex financing matters and meaningful involvement in transactions representing lenders and borrowers across a variety of credit structures. The Opportunity You will work closely with experienced attorneys on a wide range of commercial finance matters involving institutional lenders, financial institutions, and corporate borrowers. Associates in this practice are actively involved in the structuring, negotiation, and closing of lending transactions, providing a strong foundation in secured finance and commercial lending. This role offers substantial training, mentorship, and the opportunity to take on increasing responsibility as your experience grows.
