Construction Manager

$87 per hour

Join Our Client as a Construction Manager in Red Oak, TX a mission-driven leader! We seek experts with a related Bachelor's, 10+ yrs experience, and PMP preferred to direct build specifications, site walks, and project execution.

salary: $87 - 105 per hour
work hours: 8am to 5pm

responsibilities:

Direct site walks with lease providers and general contractors, manage contractual dates, and enforce build specifications across engineering and technical projects.
Recruit, assign, and evaluate project staff, while analyzing technology, resource needs, and market demand to assess project feasibility.
Review, recommend, and approve contracts, cost estimates, and operational budgets to maximize efficiency and control expenses.
Confer with cross-functional teams to align on specifications, present proposals to clients, and submit weekly executive project status reports.
