Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Acute Care

Nursing Rehabilitation

Shift: 08:00 AM - 04:30 PM, Days: Monday to Friday, Weekend rotation required

Contract Length: 52 weeks, Guaranteed Hours: 0

Relevant nursing license required. Certifications in rehabilitation and geriatrics preferred. Experience in skilled nursing or rehabilitation required.

Provide patient care and assist with daily activities. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient recovery. Monitor patient progress and document changes in their condition. Educate patients and families on treatment plans and rehabilitation goals. Administer medications and follow safety protocols.

Participation in orientation program required. Background check and drug screening may be necessary. Dress code and scrubs policies applicable.
