Reservations Supervisor
One of the desert’s premier hot springs resort and busy day spas is seeking an experienced reservations supervisor.

You will oversee daily reservation operations, support agents, manage group blocks, and ensure high occupancy and revenue accuracy. You report directly to the General Manager.
Key Responsibilities

Supervise and train daily reservation agents and coordinate shift schedules.
Manage complex group bookings, VIP reservations, and special requests.
Monitor daily and weekly booking pacing, third-party channels (OTAs), and system accuracy.
Resolve escalated guest booking issues or discrepancies professionally.
Partner closely with Front Desk, Sales, Events and Marketing teams.

What We Are Looking For

2+ years of hotel reservation supervisory experience with revenue management experience preferred.
Proficiency in hotel Property Management Systems (PMS), knowledge of Roommaster and SpaSoft is a big plus.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Flexibility to work occasional weekends or holidays based on hotel demand.

Pay commensurate with qualifications up to $29 an hour.
