Knowledge of transition planning, person-centered planning, and post-secondary programming for students with disabilities. Experience coordinating work-based learning opportunities, internships, job coaching. Ability to collaborate effectively with families, college personnel, community agencies, employers, and interdisciplinary teams. Demonstrated ability to teach academics, self-advocacy, independent living, employment readiness, and social skills.
