• Rate : $57-$64/hour
• The Oracle Fusion System Security Administrator oversees the security and compliance of Oracle Fusion applications, including Human Capital Management (HCM), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Financial Data Integration (FDI), and Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) modules. This role requires an in-depth understanding of security configuration, access control, and compliance within the Oracle Fusion ecosystem. The administrator collaborates with various teams to enforce security policies, monitor access, and support audit requirements, ensuring data integrity, confidentiality, and regulatory adherence across all Oracle Fusion applications

Key Responsibilities

• User and Access Management

• :Configure and manage user accounts, roles, and privileges for Oracle Fusion HCM, ERP, FDI, and EPM modules in application and/or IDCS
• S.Implement and maintain Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) models to ensure appropriate user access levels
• s.Conduct periodic reviews and audits of user access to detect and resolve any unauthorized access

s.• Security Policies and Compliance

• e:Develop, implement, and enforce Oracle Fusion security policies, procedures, and best practices
• s.Ensure security settings align with compliance requirements, including SOX, GDPR, and other applicable regulations
• s.Document security controls, conduct regular audits, and support external audits to ensure regulatory compliance

e.• Application Security and Configuration

• n:Manage security configurations within Oracle Fusion applications, including data masking, encryption, and security controls
• s.Configure and maintain Single Sign-On (SSO), multi-factor authentication (MFA), and identity management for seamless and secure access
• s.Implement and update security configurations for EPM, ERP, HCM, FDI based on evolving security requirement

s. • Monitoring and Incident Response

• e:Monitor Oracle Fusion application activities for suspicious behavior or potential security risks
• s.Respond to security incidents promptly, coordinating with cybersecurity and IT teams to investigate and mitigate incidents
• s.Establish and maintain logging, monitoring, and alerting mechanisms for proactive threat detection

n.• Data Protection and Privacy

• y:Implement data protection measures, including encryption, data masking, and secure data handling practices within Oracle Fusion
• n.Work with data privacy officers to ensure that sensitive employee, financial, and other data are protected across modules

s.• Collaboration and Training

• g:Collaborate with IT, HR, finance, and other stakeholders to align security practices with organizational needs
• s.Provide training and support to end-users and administrators on secure usage of Oracle Fusion modules
• s.Promote security awareness across teams to prevent security breaches due to human error

r.• Patching and Upgrade

• s:Manage the security patching and upgrade processes for Oracle Fusion applications, minimizing downtime and risk exposure
• e.Stay up to date with Oracle security advisories and apply patches or updates as require

d.Qualification

• s:Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field
• d.Experience: 3-5 years of experience in Oracle Fusion HCM, ERP, EPM, FDI system administration (minimum 2 of the 4 tracks), with a focus on security management
• t.Certifications (preferred): Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, Oracle Cloud Security Professional, Oracle Fusion Application Security, Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), or related certification

s.Skills and Competencie

• s:Extensive experience with Oracle Fusion modules (HCM, ERP, FDI, EPM), especially in security configurations
• s.Proficiency in managing Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) and enforcing least privilege principle
• s.Knowledge of Oracle Cloud security tools, identity management, and application security settings
• s.Strong understanding of compliance frameworks (e.g., SOX, GDPR) and audit requirements
• s.Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills
