Installation Manager

Job title Installation Manager Overview Responsible for managing all aspects and functions of assigned HVAC installation projects, including planning, coordinating, and directing activities of the installation department; maintaining a workforce aligned with business activity; scheduling projects to ensure profitability, timely completion, and maximum customer satisfaction; communicating installation information to proper personnel for effective planning and execution; and managing and developing employees to create a positive work environment. Responsibilities Direct oversight of installation dispatching, ordering, warehousing, truck inventory and maintenance, and tool inventory and maintenance Oversee the building and completion of installation job packets Ensure complete and accurate forms in job folders Accurately order materials to complete each installation Approve assignment of installation crews to each installation job Oversee the coordination of materials procurement with approved vendors for maximum efficiency and cost Oversee the tracking of all unused materials and returns or reuse on another job as applicable Oversee the inventory of all truck and warehouse material and product stock Maintain safety and quality as a top priority by scheduling and conducting monthly safety meetings Conduct regular job site and truck inspections File permits for installations requiring local permits to commence job Maintain departmental budget expectations including job costing analysis of completed jobs Minimum Requirements High school diploma or equivalent Prior, successful experience as an Installation Technician in the HVAC industry NATE certification preferred Strong communication skills and technical competence Ability to pass a thorough background check and drug screen Clean driving record Compensation: $40.00 - $50.00 per hour Additional Information Join the One Hour Team.
