Meta Sales Specialist

Job Type & Location Regular work at Best Buy 268 – Concord, NC 28027. Pay & Schedule Pay: $19.60 per hour. Schedule: 20 hours per week, Friday 4:00pm–8:00pm; Saturday & Sunday 11:00am–7:00pm (additional shifts in November/December). About the Role Part‑time Sales Specialist working with retail shoppers to recommend Meta products, provide information, and train retail associates on new AI apps and tools. Responsibilities Engage customers to showcase Meta gadgets and demonstrate how they enhance their lives. Build trust and recommend the perfect Meta product based on customer needs. Represent Meta and 2020 Companies with professionalism and a welcoming approach. Meet or exceed monthly sales targets to contribute to team success. Keep Meta displays clean, organized, and visually appealing. Partner with retail sales associates and leaders, share knowledge, and maintain a positive environment. Track customer interactions, feedback, and sales electronically; submit daily reports via mobile device. Adhere to operational policies and respect store hierarchies. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum 6 months of sales experience in electronics, retail, telecom, or marketing (preferred). Interest in AV and VR products is a plus. Strong communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills. Excellent integrity and commitment to exceeding customer expectations. Ability to work weekends and up to three one‑time weekday shifts. Own a smartphone with iPhone 11 or Samsung S25 OS. Physical ability: stand, walk, reach, pick up, bend, grab up to 20lbs, fine manipulation. Reliable transportation to arrive on time.
