Your responsibilities include: Assisting residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility Providing compassionate, person-centered care while promoting resident independence Monitoring residents and reporting changes in condition to the nursing team Assisting with meals, hydration, and daily routines Building meaningful relationships with residents and their families Working collaboratively with nurses and fellow caregivers to provide exceptional care in a safe, welcoming environment What We're Looking For Current New Jersey Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification High school diploma or GED At least 6 months of experience in assisted living, long-term care, rehabilitation, memory care, or a related healthcare setting preferred Memory Care experience is a plus Compassionate, dependable individuals with excellent communication and teamwork skills A genuine passion for serving older adults Join a Company That Invests In You At Arbor, you're more than a CNA—you're part of a team that believes in supporting one another, celebrating success, and creating meaningful moments for the residents we serve.
