Position Summary

Zurn is seeking a senior Enterprise Claude Consultant / Architect with hands-on experience deploying Anthropic Claude in a production enterprise environment .

This role will lead the enterprise adoption of Claude by designing and deploying AI agents, skills, workflows, secure connectors, and governance frameworks. The ideal candidate has experience taking Claude implementations from experimentation to secure, scalable production use across multiple teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the enterprise rollout of Anthropic Claude across business and technical teams.
• Design and deploy Claude agents, skills, workflows, and reusable AI capabilities .
• Build secure connectors between Claude and internal data sources, applications, and enterprise tools.
• Establish governance for sharing agents, skills, prompts, workflows, and connectors across teams.
• Define permissions, access controls, guardrails, versioning, and risk controls for enterprise AI.
• Partner with business and technical stakeholders to identify and prioritize Claude use cases.
• Provide guidance on Claude development, prompt and workflow design, testing, evaluation, and optimization.
• Help teams transition AI initiatives from POC/pilot to secure, production-ready enterprise solutions .

Required Qualifications

• Proven hands-on experience deploying Anthropic Claude in a production enterprise environment .
• Experience developing Claude agents, skills, workflows, or similar reusable AI capabilities .
• Strong understanding of enterprise AI integrations and secure connectors.
• Experience with AI governance, security, permissioning, access controls, and guardrails .
• Experience supporting enterprise-wide AI adoption and scaling.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work with both technical and business stakeholders.
• Ability to operate as both a strategic consultant and hands-on technical contributor .

Important

Candidates with only general AI/ML, Azure OpenAI, or individual Claude usage without direct enterprise Claude implementation experience will not be a strong match.
