Trustwell Living is seeking a *licensed Hairdresser / Salon Stylist to provide services to residents through a chair lease/independent business arrangement* at our assisted living community.

*This is not an employment position with Trustwell Living.* The Hairdresser operates as an *independent business owner/independent contractor* and leases salon space (chair) within the community to provide services directly to residents.

What You’ll Do

* Provide professional hair services, including cuts, styling, shampooing, coloring, and other services within your state license and scope of practice.
* Build positive relationships with residents and provide a welcoming, personalized salon experience.
* Schedule and manage your own appointments and services.
* Maintain a clean, professional, and sanitary salon workspace.
* Conduct your business in accordance with applicable licensing, health, safety, and sanitation requirements.
* Work respectfully within the assisted living environment while protecting resident dignity, privacy, and preferences.

What We’re Looking For

* Current state cosmetology/hairstyling license in good standing.
* Previous salon or hairstyling experience.
* Friendly, patient, professional approach.
* Strong customer service and communication skills.
* Comfortable working with older adults.
* Ability to operate independently and manage your own clientele, appointments, and business responsibilities.
