Energy Savers is seeking a highly skilled Commercial HVAC Technician to join our growing team. In this role, you'll work on a variety of commercial systems, delivering expert diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs that keep our customers' businesses running efficiently. What You'll Do

Energy Savers is seeking a highly skilled Commercial HVAC Technician to join our growing team. In this role, you'll work on a variety of commercial systems, delivering expert diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs that keep our customers' businesses running efficiently. What You'll Do
- Diagnose, service, and repair commercial HVAC systems including RTUs, split systems, heat pumps, boilers, and chillers
- Perform preventative maintenance to ensure system reliability and peak performance
- Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and control system issues
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
- Work with building automation systems (BAS) and controls as applicable
- Communicate clearly with customers, property managers, and internal teams
- Provide detailed service documentation, recommendations, and estimates
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
- Participate in an on-call rotation as needed
- 3+ years of commercial HVAC service experience preferred
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic capabilities across a range of systems
- EPA Certification required
- Experience with controls/BAS systems preferred
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple service calls
- Comfortable working on rooftops, in mechanical rooms, and in varying weather conditions
- Strong communication and customer service skills
