Dr. Menendez is widely known for his skill with complex cases, and he's looking for the right associate to train, mentor, and transition into a pathway to ownership. You'll be backed by a dental partnership group that runs the business side. You focus on patient care and growing your clinical skills — we handle HR, billing, marketing, and compliance.

✅ WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
• Active Florida dental license (or eligibility)
• 7+ years of clinical experience

• Strong clinical skill and eagerness to learn advanced case management
• Strong communication and team skills
