Job Description
Develop, implement, and monitor supply chain planning strategies to meet business goals. Collaborate with procurement and supply chain teams to ensure efficient inventory management. Analyze supply chain data to identify areas for improvement and recommend actionable solutions. Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and products. Maintain accurate records and prepare detailed reports on supply chain performance metrics. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies. Implement demand forecasting techniques to optimize resource allocation. Lead and mentor team members to achieve departmental objectives.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Planning Manager should have: A strong background in procurement and supply chain management within the Technology & Telecoms industry. Proficiency in supply chain software and tools for data analysis and forecasting. Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and leadership abilities to manage cross-functional teams effectively. A proactive approach to identifying and addressing potential supply chain challenges.
