We are looking for a knowledgeable Diesel Parts Specialist to join our team at Buffalo City Diesel in Jamestown, ND!
As a Diesel Parts Specialist, you will be responsible for assisting customers with finding the heavy duty truck parts they need to keep their vehicles running smoothly. Your expertise in diesel parts will be crucial in providing top-notch service to our customers and helping them find the perfect parts for their vehicles.
We are seeking a candidate who is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and has a deep understanding of heavy duty truck parts. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and a willingness to go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in finding the heavy duty truck parts they need
- Provide product recommendations and advice based on customer needs
- Process orders and maintain accurate inventory records
- Work closely with the service department to ensure timely delivery of parts
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in diesel parts
