Leasing Administrative AssistantACX is a vertically integrated private real estate investment firm with primary offices in Stamford, Connecticut and Denver, Colorado. The firm focuses on grocery-anchored and necessity retail shopping centers in the Top 25 MSAs across the United States. ACX's growing nationwide portfolio includes 26 properties totaling approximately 4 million square feet, approaching $1 billion in assets under management. The firm is actively investing in value-add and core-plus transactions on behalf of its institutional investors.Position Overview:ACX is seeking to fill a Leasing Administrative Assistant role in our Denver, CO office. This position will be responsible for coordinating leasing administration, maintaining property marketing materials, supporting tenant communications, and providing general office administrative support. This position reports to the Director of Leasing.Essential Functions:Lease Administration Enter new leases, amendments, renewals, and extensions into YardiMaintain accurate tenant contact information and lease recordsEstablish, organize, maintain, and archive electronic and physical lease filesPrepare, assemble, distribute, and track lease documents, notices, commission agreements, and related correspondence.Track leasing activity, tenant sales reporting, property information, and market availability across the portfolioSend property-wide communications through Commercial Café and assist tenants with account setup and ongoing supportAssist the Accounting team with invoice processing and annual budget preparationMonitor lease commission payments and assist with commission trackingMarketing Support Create and maintain Leasing marketing materials such as property brochures, leasing flyers, site maps conference materials, etc.Coordinate property photography and leasing signage updates as neededAssist with the planning, coordination, and logistical support for industry conferences, trade shows, and other marketing initiativesAssist with updates to the company website and other digital marketing materialsOffice Support Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming calls to the Denver office, directing callers to the appropriate team membersCoordinate the preparation and shipment of lease documents, notices, marketing materials, and other business correspondence via mail, courier, and overnight deliveryProcess and distribute incoming mail and packages for the Denver officeCoordinate meetings, conference calls, and travel arrangements as neededAssist in maintaining an organized, professional office environmentOther duties and special projects as assigned.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experienceMinimum of 2 years of administrative experience, preferably within a commercial real estate leasing, property management, or marketing environmentExcellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skillsStrong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detailAbility to prioritize multiple assignments, meet deadlines, and work independently in a fast-paced environmentProfessional demeanor with strong customer service skillsExperience with Yardi, Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat) and/or Canva strongly preferredExperience creating marketing collateral, presentations, and graphic materialsProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPointFamiliarity with Commercial Café, CoStar, LoopNet, or similar commercial real estate platforms is a plus.Compensation and BenefitsAnnual Salary Range: $60,000-70,000Annual performance bonusBenefits: Medical, Dental, Vision insurance; Life, AD&D, Short Term Disability and Long Term Disability insurance; 401(k); Paid Time Off; Paid Parental Leave, Fertility Reimbursement Program
