Host/Hostess at Skybokx 109 Sports Bar & Grill

Join our team at Skybokx 109 Sports Bar & Grill as a Host/Hostess, where you will be the first point of contact for our guests, creating a welcoming and positive dining experience in our lively Natick, MA location. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys engaging with people and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, providing a warm and friendly atmosphere.
Manage waitlists and seating arrangements efficiently to optimize guest flow.
Answer phone calls, handle reservations, and respond to guest inquiries promptly.
Coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth and timely service.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and entrance area.
Assist with additional front-of-house tasks as needed to support the team.

Requirements

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
Outgoing personality with a passion for customer service.
Previous experience in a hospitality or customer-facing role is a plus.
Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Benefits
