GPS Jobs is hiring  Lead Warehouse Supervisor for a leading U.S. manufacturer in  Early Branch, SC .

What You Will Do

  • Lead and coordinate daily warehouse operations, including receiving, picking, inventory, and shipping activities. 
  • Supervise, coach, and develop warehouse team members while monitoring productivity, attendance, and performance. 
  • Ensure accurate receiving, storage, inventory transactions, order picking, and shipment preparation. 
  • Verify incoming and outgoing materials, investigate discrepancies, and maintain inventory accuracy. 
  • Assign daily work, communicate shift priorities, and support workforce planning and scheduling. 
  • Train employees on warehouse procedures, equipment operation, and safety practices. 
  • Collaborate with Receiving, Shipping, Inventory Control, Purchasing, and Operations teams to ensure efficient workflow. 
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase productivity and reduce errors. 
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, OSHA regulations, and warehouse safety standards. 
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while ensuring proper use of warehouse equipment.

What Is Required

  • 3-5 years of warehouse experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment 
  • Previous leadership or team lead experience preferred 
  • Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), ERP systems, and RF scanners 
  • Knowledge of receiving, inventory control, picking, and shipping processes 
  • Forklift certification and/or operating experience 
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills 
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment 
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality 
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand or walk for extended periods 
  • Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and alternate shifts as needed 
  • Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented with a strong work ethic
