Position Overview

Practice Highlights

• Hospital-employed position
• Established team of 2 Family Medicine physicians + 8 APPs
• Monday-Friday, 8 AM-5 PM
• No call
• 16-22 patients per day
• Cerner EMR with AI scribe
• Collaborative pod-based nursing support

Compensation & Benefits

• 550,000 potential income
• 315,000 guaranteed salary
• 100,000 sign-on/relocation bonus
• 35 days PTO
• 10,000 CME allowance
• Health, dental, vision, malpractice with tail
• IPERS pension, 403(b), and 457 retirement plans

Requirements

• BC/BE Family Medicine
• J-1 visa sponsorship available
• New graduates and experienced physicians encouraged to apply
