Speech Language Pathologist

Position Overview As a Speech Language Pathologist, you make a meaningful difference by helping patients regain communication, cognitive, and swallowing abilities that shape everyday life. Through compassionate speech therapy and evidence based care, you support individuals with speech and language disorders in rebuilding confidence and independence. Work Locations UHS Wilson Medical Center, Johnson City, NY UHS Binghamton General Hospital, Binghamton, NY Work Shift and Schedule This is a per diem position, which means you will work on an as needed, agreed upon basis. Working hours will be assigned by your manager. Compensation $37.00 - $55.50 per hour, depending on experience. This position is not eligible for benefits. Education and Experience Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology Certificate of Clinical Competence (ASHA) or Clinical Fellowship year candidate NYS license or eligibility to be licensed as a Speech Language Pathologist CPR certification within first 3 months of employment Preferred: Previous clinical experience, experience with dysphagia and neurogenic communication disorders, certification as Teacher of Speech and Language Disabilities United Health Services is an Equal Opportunity Employer. #J-18808-Ljbffr 02 UHS Hospitals
