Job Description Job Summary We are seeking an enthusiastic and people-oriented Public Relations Associate to support promotional outreach, customer engagement, and sales initiatives. Responsibilities Represent the company during promotional events and community activities. Engage with prospective customers and provide information about products and services. Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or solutions. Build positive relationships with customers and community members. Assist with community outreach and promotional campaigns. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and outreach activities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Positive, outgoing, and professional personality. Comfortable interacting with customers in person. Goal-oriented and willing to learn sales techniques. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Reliable, adaptable, and self-motivated. Previous experience in sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, promotions, public relations, or events is a plus but not required.
