About the Role: As an OvernightResidential Specialist , you’ll provide essential care and support to individuals with disabilities while ensuring a safe and restful home environment. While clients sleep, you’ll assist with evening routines, monitor overnight safety, and prepare for the next day. Schedule: Thurs- Sat 11p-7a Pay: The pay for this position is $20.00 to 20.65. Who you are: Compassionate, night owl who enjoys working overnight shifts. Responsible and attentive, ensuring a safe and calm environment. Team player who works well independently with little supervision. Dependable and take pride in creating a comfortable home setting A typical night will include: Assist clients with evening and bedtime routines (personal care, hygiene, medications). Monitoring clients throughout the night, ensuring their safety and well-being. Perform light housekeeping and preparing for the next day. Document observations and report any concerns to the team. What you’ll need to be successful: High school diploma or GED Six (6) months experience working with individuals with disabilities Valid California Driver’s License, current auto insurance, and a clean driving record.
