Job Title: Operating Room Registered Nurse Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Operating Room Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 10 hours Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience required License: Must have an active license prior to start date Certifications: BLS required; ACLS and PALS preferred Must-Have: - Level I trauma experience required - Circulating experience required - Scrubbing experience preferred - Well-rounded and current in most areas except CV and Transplant Description: We are seeking an Operating Room Registered Nurse for our facility. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in a variety of surgical procedures. This position will involve circulating and, where needed, scrubbing for surgeries. The daily census is typically between 70-80 patients. The candidate will be expected to float within the facility to meet staffing needs. Our operating rooms handle cases in general, plastic, gynecological, ENT, trauma, neuro, orthopedic, and colorectal robotics. Must be able to work 2 out of 3 major holidays.
