Department: Manufacturing & Production

Location: Hudson, WI | Full-Time | Day Shift

Compensation: $21.00/hr to start → $22.00/hr after 4-station certification + 3% 401k Match + 10 Days PTO + 8 Paid Holidays

What This Job Actually Is

You will work on a clean, climate-controlled production floor assembling cable products. This is detail-oriented, hands-on work — you'll be on your feet, working with your hands, and expected to learn the process correctly and consistently.

We train from scratch. We don't need a resume full of cable experience — we need someone who picks things up quickly, takes pride in doing it right, and shows up every day ready to work. If you have a background in any kind of mechanical, electrical, or hands-on trade work, you'll fit right in.

What You Will Do

• Assemble and process cable products across multiple production stations
• Follow documented work instructions and quality standards at each station
• Inspect your own work — catch errors before they move down the line
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation throughout the shift
• Work toward certification on all 4 stations to earn your $1/hr raise

Who We Are Looking For

• Mechanical aptitude — you understand how things fit together and why it matters
• Comfortable with repetitive, precise hand work — quality over speed until speed is earned
• Reliable — you show up on time, every day, and take your shift seriously
• Able to stand for a full shift in a fast-paced production environment
• Background in automotive, HVAC, electrical, CNC, or any hands-on trade is a plus — not a requirement
