Quality Inspector
The Quality Inspector will play a key role in ensuring product quality through mechanical deformation, tensile, compression, and resistance testing. This position offers comprehensive training and the opportunity to develop expertise in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
- Conduct mechanical deformation testing to assess product durability.
- Perform tensile testing to evaluate material strength.
- Execute compression testing to ensure structural integrity.
- Conduct resistance testing to verify electrical properties.
- Read and interpret blueprints and standard specifications accurately.
- Collect and compile quality data for analysis.
- Adhere to ISO 9001 standards in all quality control processes.
Essential Skills
- 1+ years of quality inspection experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in reading blueprints and standard specifications.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 standards.
- Experience with any ERP system, with preference for NetSuite.
- Strong attention to detail.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- High School Diploma.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs occasionally and up to 50 lbs rarely.
- Prior experience with tensile, compression, and resistance testing is not required but beneficial.

Work Environment
This position offers 2nd shift from 2:30pm to 11:00pm, with initial training on the 1st shift for two weeks. Flexibility for 1-2 hours of overtime per day is required. The facility is very clean and modern, offering a pleasant work environment.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
