Job Title: CVOR RN Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Cardiovascular Operating Room Duration: 13 weeks Shift: AM, 4 × 10 hour shifts Hours per Shift: 10 hours Experience: 2 years preferred License: Valid RN license Certifications: BLS, ACLS Must-Have: Strong CVOR experience Description: 2 years of experience is preferred. Travel experience is also preferred. Strong experience in cardiovascular operating room is required. Average of 70+ hours per four weeks, but hours may vary. One Friday, one Saturday, and one Sunday shift are required; they do not need to be consecutive. Weekday shifts are from 5 PM to 11 PM and from 11 PM to 7 AM. Weekend and holiday shifts are from 7 AM to 7 PM and from 7 PM to 7 AM. Holiday rotation is required, including weekends surrounding the holidays. Candidates may be asked to float between multiple campuses. Typically, notice provided is one day in advance due to scheduled cases. On-call duty remains only at the booked location.
