Maintenance Group Leader: Lean Ops & Safety Lead

General Motors LLC

General Motors LLC in Detroit is seeking a Group Leader for the Maintenance Group to oversee a team of skilled hourly workers in troubleshooting and repair of complex equipment. You will ensure safety, quality, and adherence to SPQRCE, and apply UAW agreements. This onsite role requires strong leadership, lean thinking, and data-driven decision making, plus willingness to work weekends and rotating shifts. You will mentor Team Leaders and coordinate corrective actions and process improvements. #J-18808-Ljbffr General Motors LLC
