RN Clinical Adjunct Faculty - Internal Medicine and Telemetry

About This Role As a Clinical Adjunct Faculty Nurse at Cleveland Clinic’s Main Campus, you will serve as an educator in an affiliated Nursing Program while providing direct patient care. Highlights Pay: $36 - $56/hour Location: Cleveland, OH Facility: Cleveland Clinic Main Campus Schedule: Full-time, Day shift What You'll Do Provide direct nursing care. Implement and monitor patient care plans. Monitor, record, and communicate patient condition as appropriate. Monitor and document condition and effectiveness of care and/or interventions. Evaluate, update, and revise plan of care to facilitate achievement of planned and expected outcomes. Serve as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care. Administer prescribed medications and treatments. Assess and coordinate discharge planning needs. Assess the educational needs of patients and significant others considering cultural issues and other special concerns. Provide teaching and educational material as appropriate. Oversee nursing students as nursing clinical adjunct faculty when not providing direct patient care.
