About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President, Relationship Manager for Digital Assets. The successful candidate will be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of institutional digital asset clients, including exchanges, stablecoin issuers, custodians, trading desks, and crypto funds. This role is pivotal in the client lifecycle, from onboarding to deepening and retaining relationships. The VP, Relationship Manager will be responsible for guiding clients through the onboarding process, monitoring their activity, and proactively addressing their operational needs. Strong communication skills, a proactive service-first mindset, and a solid understanding of the digital asset landscape are essential. The role also requires experience in managing institutional or commercial banking clients with complex operational needs and familiarity with U.S. banking compliance requirements relevant to digital assets. Candidates for this role should have 3-6 years' experience in relationship management, client success, or account management within banking, fintech, or digital assets. A background in a digital-asset-friendly bank or a crypto-native firm is a plus, as is hands-on experience with instant payment rails and an understanding of stablecoin mechanics. The ideal candidate will be organized, process-oriented, and have a track record of high client satisfaction and retention. Responsibilities include maintaining CRM records, contributing to the development of client-facing materials, and upholding the company's compliance standards in all client interactions. The role offers the opportunity to work in a high-growth environment with a significant investment in AI and technology infrastructure.
