Job Description & Requirements Obstetrics and Gynecology (OB/GYN) Physician StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: Day 8;24;On Call Pay Rate: $209.52 - $226.80 This facility is seeking an Obstetrics and Gynecology (OB/GYN) Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need. Details and requirements for this opportunity:

• Schedule: 3 clinic days per week, 1 operating room day per week, mix of weeknight and 24 hour call
• Practice Setting: Clinic, operating room, call rotation
• Types of Cases: Vread-and-butter Obstetrics and Gynecology
• Credentialing Timeframe: ~ 30 days
• Electronic Medical Record (EMR): Cerner
• Certifications Required: Board Certification, Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP)
• Licensure Required: Wyoming state license, will consider providers with Interstate Medical Licensure Compact Letter of Qualification
