This Labor and Delivery travel nurse job in Weatherford, Texas, with Advantis Medical is a 6-week Travel Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse (RN) contract at Medical City - Weatherford. This role pays $2,894 per week and follows a Variable shift with a 3x12 schedule. As the Labor and Delivery registered nurse on this assignment, you'll assess maternal and fetal well-being, interpret fetal heart-rate patterns, guide patients through every stage of labor, birth, and recovery, and respond to obstetric emergencies as they arise.

Shift: Variable (3x12)

EMR System: Meditech

Responsibilities

Monitor and interpret maternal and fetal status, including electronic fetal monitoring, escalating concerns promptly

Support patients through labor, delivery, and immediate postpartum recovery

Administer medications and manage IV therapy, including oxytocin titration as ordered and per facility protocol

Provide immediate newborn care and support neonatal resuscitation per NRP guidelines

Travel Labor And Delivery Requirements:

2+ years of recent Labor and Delivery experience.

Must hold all required certifications and licenses as mandated by Texas and national regulatory bodies.
