Evaluates the overall effectiveness of care provided by other direct care givers. Coordinates the patient care in conjunction with other departments. - No other trauma-rated or pediatric ED in the area —your skills matter here
- Nurse-to-patient ratio: 1:4
- Supported by patient care techs, paramedics, and patient support associates
- Team culture: Motivated, hardworking, and united
What We’re Looking For
- Current RN license (or compact license)
- Ability to push/pull/lift 50 lbs regularly
- Certifications: ACLS , BLS (or within 30 days), plus unit-specific certifications
- Must Live within 45 mins of Mercy Hospital Washington
