Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and screenings to gauge clients' substance abuse histories and mental health status, ensuring tailored treatment approaches.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing, adjusting interventions based on client feedback.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, between USD 80,000 and 100,000 yearly, depending on experience and credentials.
