What You'll Do As a Personal Care Attendant, you'll provide compassionate, non-medical, one-on-one care by: Assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility Providing companionship and emotional support Helping with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and laundry Promoting client safety, independence, and dignity Communicating with clients, families, and our office team What We Offer $15.50-$21.00 per hour (based on experience) Direct deposit Paid orientation and ongoing training Time-and-a-half pay for overtime and company-observed holidays Flexible schedules Clients matched close to home whenever possible Employee recognition and appreciation programs What We’re Looking For We hire for heart and character just as much as experience.
