Dietary ManagerThe Legacy Healthcare Center is a RCF facility. We are currently accepting applications for a Dietary Manager. Candidates applying must be flexible and available to work varying shift times, as well as weekends and/or holidays. Experience in a long-term care facility or hotel setting is preferred.The ideal candidate will have experience in food preparation, menu planning, and meal preparation in a kitchen setting.Responsibilities:Prepare and cook meals according to planned menusEnsure meals are prepared in a timely manner and meet quality standardsFollow proper food handling procedures and regulationsMaintain a clean and organized kitchen environmentWeekly ordering for food and dietary suppliesExperience:Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environmentKnowledge of culinary techniques and best practicesFamiliarity with menu planning and catering conceptsAbility to use kitchen equipment such as knives effectivelyExperience in fine dining establishments is a plusThis position offers the opportunity to showcase your culinary skills in a dynamic environment.
