BridgeTown Dental is a private practice in Cambridge, Ohio focused on comprehensive patient care, strong teams, and long-term growth.

We're looking for an Associate Dentist who is hungry, humble, coachable, and committed to exceptional patient care.

• 30–32% of collections , based on experience and alignment

• Deliver comprehensive, patient-centered dentistry
• Diagnose confidently and educate patients on treatment options
• Provide same-day treatment when appropriate and in the patient's best interest
• Maintain a productive schedule without compromising quality or patient experience
• Collaborate closely with hygienists, assistants, and the broader team
