Vassar Brothers Medical Center is seeking a Board Certified/Eligible Family or Internal Medicine Practitioner to join their busy and growing primary care practices in Highland, NY. This role offers a highly competitive compensation package, comprehensive benefits, and relocation assistance, with part-time positions also available. Practice Info
- Employed outpatient practices utilize hospitalist programs for in-patient admissions
- Physicians work in a respectful and collegial environment with excellent work life balance
- New multispecialty center in Highland brings together primary care providers, OB/GYN specialists, neurologists and cardiologists all under one roof
- Fully outpatient setting with a state-of-the-art, system-wide integrated electronic health record
- Daily Management Systems that empower front-line teams to solve problems at the practice level
- A unified, network-wide EMR that streamlines communication with hospitals and consultants
Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive, team-based care for a diverse adult patient population
- Partner with skilled multidisciplinary staff to manage acute and chronic conditions
- Promote wellness across an entire panel of patients
Compensation
- Highly competitive base salary along with quality and productivity incentives
- Competitive base salary + incentive compensation
- Potential hiring bonus and relocation stipend
- Salary Range: $275,000 - $285,000, commensurate or relative to experience

Shift & Schedule
- Minimal on-call obligations
- Off-hour coverage - Shared among multiple providers, phone-calls only, with nurse triage
Requirements
- MD or DO with NY State License and Federal DEA
- Successfully completed Family or Internal Medicine and be Board Certified or Board Eligible
- No visa sponsorship available
