Construction Operator I – Bossier City, Louisiana (Direct Hire) Jun 2, 2026 GridSource is seeking a Construction Operator to join our fast paced and fast‑growing team! Pay Rate: $18 - $24 per hour depending on experience What you’ll need: A current CDL or chauffeur's license in the state of Louisiana is preferred Prior experience in utility locating, equipment operation, or a related field is typically required Proficiency in using utility locating equipment and tools. Ability to operate and maintain excavation and construction machinery. Strong understanding of underground utility systems and safety practices. Ability to work in various environmental conditions and perform physical tasks. May work outdoors in various weather conditions and potentially hazardous environments. May include irregular hours, including evenings and weekends, depending on project needs and emergencies.
