As a Registered Nurse in the Emergency Room, you will play a crucial role in assessing and treating patients in critical situations. Your ability to remain calm under pressure and provide compassionate care will be essential in ensuring positive patient outcomes.

• Utilize clinical reasoning to conduct accurate assessments and prioritize patient needs
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care plans
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Maintain patient confidentiality and advocate for patient rights
• Facilitate patient and family education to promote informed healthcare decisions
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance nursing practice
• Need 2 years experience in setting
• Current RN license, BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications required
