Summary Join a High Jewelry Maison as a Sales Associate, delivering exceptional service and building lasting client relationships in a luxury boutique. The role focuses on achieving sales goals, developing a loyal clientele, and supporting daily boutique operations. Responsibilities Achieve sales goals by providing exceptional service and balancing daily business with High Jewelry sales. Develop new business through community events, client invitations, and curated clienteling outreach. Oversee CRM initiatives, including client data accuracy, communications, gifting campaigns, and reporting. Assist with daily display setup and breakdown, and maintain the boutique's aesthetic quality. Travel as required. Requirements A bachelor's degree or jewelry certification with 7 years of experience is preferred. Strong ability to develop lasting client relationships in a fast-paced luxury environment. Excellent service orientation, curiosity about people, and effective in-person and written communication skills. #J-18808-Ljbffr Brobston Group
