Your Role as a Hospice Aide
As a Hospice Aide at Bella Home Health and Hospice, your day-to-day responsibilities will include assisting patients with personal care tasks, providing emotional support, assisting with medication reminders, and communicating effectively with the care team. You will be expected to uphold our core values of empathy, integrity, and customer-centricity while delivering care with excellence and innovation. What We're Looking For in a Hospice Aide
To excel as a Hospice Aide at Bella Home Health and Hospice, you must meet state or federal Home Health Aide training requirements.
You should demonstrate the ability to work independently, make accurate judgments swiftly, and respond effectively to crises in non-hospital settings.
Adaptability to diverse cultural and religious backgrounds is crucial.
Ideally, you will have at least 2 years of experience as a nursing assistant, with recent patient contact within the past three years. Join our team and leverage your skills in a customer-focused and professional environment.
