The Stepping Stones Group is seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Livermore, CA area. This is a part-time opportunity with the potential to grow into a full-time position, supporting students across a variety of educational settings and age groups. Compensation $65-$68 per hour Part-time with opportunity for full-time growth Comprehensive benefits available upon full-time eligibility Health & wellness stipend 401(k) retirement plan Position Details Part-time with opportunity to transition to full-time Monday-Friday School-based schedule Onsite services only What You'll Be Doing Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) Develop and monitor Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams Provide direct behavioral support and consultation services Collect, analyze, and interpret behavioral data Train and mentor Behavior Intervention staff Support teachers, administrators, and families with behavior strategies Travel between school sites as needed Student Population Preschool through Adult Transition Programs General Education and Special Education settings Students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) Emotional Disturbance (ED) Other Health Impairments (OHI) Medically fragile students Students with a variety of behavioral and developmental needs Qualifications Active BCBA certification required Minimum 1 year of BCBA experience Strong assessment, treatment planning, and collaboration skills Ability to work with diverse student populations and behavioral presentations Preferred Qualifications School-based experience Bilingual Spanish/English Why Join The Stepping Stones Group?
