Job Title Lead Security Officer Overview Lead Security Officer at Securitas provides leadership to Security Officers, ensuring a safe environment for clients. Observes and reports incidents, enforces regulations, and maintains order. This role requires an hourly wage of $18.50 and weekly pay. Responsibilities Lead and direct Security Officers at assigned client sites. Observe and report activities and incidents. Ensure security and safety of client property and personnel. Enforce regulations and directives concerning personnel, visitors, and premises. Maintain order and support the team to meet client needs. Qualifications Minimum 1 year experience as a Security Lead or Security Supervisor. Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to observe and respond quickly to incidents.
